May 2016 - Ralph Jeffers
Volunteer delivery persons needed
CCRA Centennial News is delivered from September to June by our great volunteer team. Now that the good weather is here, if you enjoy walking this is a chance to help keep the Centennial community updated as to what is happening in our community.
Most routes takes one hour or less once per month.
Currently we are looking for volunteers for three routes on the following streets: Kilsyth (48 homes), Lawrence Ave. (30 homes on south side only #5381 to 5441), Linderwood, Yulewood and Karina (64 homes).
If you are interested, please give me a call: Ralph Jeffers 416 284-9576.

A new look for CCRA Centennial News
You will notice this month that CCRA News has grown–in more ways than paper size.
CCRA Executive decided that it was time to refresh the publication that you have known for many years as CCRA News. Gone is the familiar booklet with the green cover, but not without some sadness for a monthly newsletter that was produced and delivered entirely by volunteers. That part hasn’t changed – CCRA Centennial News is still published and delivered by volunteers.
But producing and printing a monthly publication is costly. CCRA did not want to publish less frequently, so we decided to reduce costs by transitioning to a newspaper. We also wanted to change the look and content of our new publication so that we can include more of Centennial’s own stories.
CCRA wants to share your views, so send letters and ideas for columns, stories and photos about all things in and around our neighbourhood. Don’t forget to let us know about events that Centennial residents would enjoy. And please patronize our advertisers who support this publication and our community.
